Taking the first step and becoming a member of NSHP is an important one. Joining makes you part of a community whose Mission is to build eacher up, mentor each other, and learn from one another as we forge a future where Hispanic physicists are empowered to reach their full potential. You will be become one of many, many supporting the one.

Why Join?
Outside of becoming a member of our community the benefits include:
- As a member of NSHP you will be able to attend any of our Joint Meetings with affiliated societies at the NSHP rate, which is substantially cheaper than the non-member rate. Student members may apply for travel funds to attend our meetings.
- Joining also automatically gives you membership to the Society of Physics Students (SPS) for free!
- Members receive updates on society news, events, virtual seminars, opportunities, awards, and other developments across the Hispanic physics community.
- We are also building a more modern News & Updates Hub to make these resources easier to find and share.

★ The Society of Physics Students (SPS) and NSHP have joined to offer a program that allows undergraduates to join both societies for one low price. As members of the SPS, students receive Physics Today, the SPS Observer, and access to undergraduate research resources, scholarships, internships, travel grants, fellowships, career resources, and one participating AIP society membership.
After registering for NSHP, student members may complete the SPS/NSHP Joint Membership form on the Members Only page.
